The location is ideal for leisure activities including golf from to St.Andrews to Gleneagles and many more in between.
Hill walking in Perthshire can be accessed easily and many other outdoor pursuits including fishing , shooting and water sports. The area is a good start point for the ski fields of Glenshee and Cairngorm.
The spectacular Fife Coastal Route is easily accessible within 10 minutes drive from the cottage where you can spend time exploring the fishing villages and natural scenery which this area provides.
Edinburgh city centre is 40 minutes away by car or train which provides accessibility to our capital city and all it offers including Edinburgh castle, museums and art galleries plus the Edinburgh Festival.
Perth city lies 10 miles north and caters for a wide variety of interests including many fine restaurants, large concert hall plus historical sites of interest including Scone Palace.
This traditional stone cottage has been finished to a high standard internally and the main door of the property leads into the large dining kitchen/lounge area. The property is heated throughout with oil-fired under-floor heating, with the added feature of a multi-fuel stove in the living room.
